I’ve had first-hand experience of Nicola’s work both in our office and in my home. In the office she particularly helped us to create systems for management of our paperwork which, because the industry we are in requires us to keep a lot of paper records, easily get out of hand. She then helped me when moving house, her main message on that count being that you should always declutter before you move – not try and do so afterwards.

When Good Samaritan School underwent a major refurbishment, they engaged Nicola of Sort It Now to review their plans and help improve the workflow, layout and storage areas within the administrative block and external storage areas. Nicola worked with the team to sort, declutter and create work zones that better reflected the needs of staff and students. Spaces that were decluttered and organised included the reception, administration block of offices and the external workshop and storage areas. The immediate results seen were the increase in overall space and reduction of visual clutter that created a more welcoming environment for students, parents and staff. In addition, the overall productivity and efficiencies of essential administrative tasks were improved, and these were reflected in ongoing time and cost savings.
